Headquartered in Niagara Falls, New York, Calspan’s Flight Research Center is home to a fleet of experimental aircraft that include four Learjets, two Gulfstream G-IIIs, and a Premier 1A. Calspan also operates the VISTA X-62A aircraft for the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School at Edwards AFB, CA. These aircraft are modified and used to conduct a variety of flight control, airborne sensor and system testing, and other flight research projects and demonstrations for commercial and government organizations around the world, including at the U.S. Air Force and Naval Test Pilot Schools. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Programs to join our Team. This individual will be responsibile for managing all activities associated with Programs including writing proposals, estimating cost and schedule, tracking program costs and status, interfacing with customers and subcontractors.

Manage the program activities involving department or cross-functional teams. Focuses on delivery within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Manage cost for program materials in support of program requirements.
Ensure program budget, materials availability, quality and technical performance are met by managing and directing the activities of team members. Maintain project and technical documentation.
