In this hands-on role, you’ll be a key player in keeping our buildings and grounds in top shape—supporting the teams and clients who rely on our spaces every day. From routine maintenance to troubleshooting and repairs, your work will help ensure everything runs efficiently and safely.
As our Facilities Technician III, you will:
Perform a variety of indoor and outdoor maintenance, repair, and physical tasks.
Demonstrate proficiency across Facilities Technician I and II level duties.
Apply one or more skilled trade disciplines (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, general building).
Operate with minimal supervision while adhering to building codes, safety standards, and company protocols.
Mentor, coach, and assist less experienced maintenance staff.
Respond to work orders, emergencies, and special projects as needed.
Support additional tasks as directed by management.
A valid driver's license is required.
Education / Experience (Preferred):
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate’s degree or trade coursework (building trades, facility maintenance, technical certificates)
At least 3 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education & experience)
Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated experience with seasonal equipment (snow removal, landscaping, HVAC, etc.)
Comfortable with physical demands: bending, lifting, standing for long periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, or 75 lbs with assistance
Strong ability to follow instructions, complete tasks independently, and manage multiple priorities
Solid understanding and adherence to safety procedures — lockout/tagout, PPE, machinery safety
Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather conditions (hot, cold, inclement weather)
Good communication skills for interacting professionally with tenants, coworkers, and vendors
