Temporary IT Support – Windows 11 Installation Project
Location: Buffalo, NY and/or St. Paul, MN

Overview:
Calspan is seeking a temporary IT support technician (student, intern, or entry-level candidate) to assist with the rollout of Windows 11 across approximately 500 machines. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced technical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Install Windows 11 on designated machines following provided instructions
• Complete approximately 5 installations per day
• Maintain installation logs and report progress
• Reinstall engineering software as needed

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
• Ability to follow technical instructions accurately
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Availability for weekday work (flexible hours possible)
• Must be located near Buffalo, NY or St. Paul, MN

Preferred:

• IT or Computer Science student
• Previous experience with OS installation or tech support
