We are currently seeking a Aricraft Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide critical technical support to engineering and testing operations by operating, troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining a wide range of test equipment and instrumentation. You will also perform basic circuitry design and modifications to support data acquisition, testing, and system performance requirements.

Working closely with engineers and other technical personnel, you will help ensure test systems are operating accurately and efficiently while contributing to innovative aerospace programs in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys problem-solving, precision work, and supporting cutting-edge testing and development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform  inspections, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and project installations and modifications to any FLTR aircraft assigned to support.
  • Fabricate and/or modify electronic enclosures, panels, circuit boards and wire harnesses for FLTR applications. Work quality shall be to the acceptable level for aircraft installations where applicable.
  • Support testing by efficiently operating equipment and ensuring accurate results and records. Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during, and after testing.
  • Follow established quality assurance procedures with regard to all work performed on and associated with FLTR aircraft.

Qualifications

Preferred Education / Experience:

  • AAS or Bachelors in related discipline
  • 3+ years in related discipline or;
  • A combination of education and experience equivalent to above

Preferred Knowledge / Ability:

  • Troubleshooting mechancial or electrical problems
  • Electrical and electronic principles
  • Perform operations and execute moderately complex test procedures for engineering, scientific, or real-time data acquisition
  • Read and understand engineering plans and specifications
  • Read drawings and troubleshoot
  • Microsoft Office
