Calspan’s Subsonic, Transonic Wind Tunnel, is the only independently owned and operated wind tunnel in the United States. Our staff is known for its flexibility and responsiveness to our customer’s needs. Customers appreciate this approach, as it enables them in real time, to refine test programs. The Technician will support testing and engineering including operating and maintaining of test equipment for the Transonic Wind Tunnel Department located in Buffalo, New York.
Must be able to work 3rd Shift. Shift differential pay!

We have been employed in the development of nearly every domestic fixed-wing aircraft, missile, and helicopter system. We are looking for a Senior Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for instrument and assembles aerospace hardware components into complete assemblies for ground-based and flight testing.
The Calspan Automotive Crash Facility, located in Buffalo, NY, is an international leader in automotive crash testing and is always improving and advancing the science. The Automotive Vehicle Technician position is responsible maintaining/improving test systems, including electrical and software systems for data production and quality control. Working with Staff and customers in a fast paced precision test lab supporting major motorsports and automotive companies around the world.
